At heart I’m just like you, wearing many hats, fulfilling many roles, full of creativity and curiosity about myself and this wild world we live in! Boiling it down, I’m a holistic-living, nature-loving mom and lifelong creative business owner. Now a professional heARTist inspired by the beautiful contrasts found in life and nature. The non-duality of inside and out, light and dark, soft and hard, yin and yang…these things fascinate me.

Mostly self-taught, I paint and draw intuitively, fueled by emotional expression and energy, whether its nature scenes and abstracts, romantic art, murals or commissions. And I help others ignite their own creative life, with intuitive power that comes from the heart!

My life experiences and personal healing journey drive me to awaken that co-creative artist, and healer, within all of us. I do this through a family of transformational workshops called The HeARTwoken Way. Offering a mystical fusion of art medicine and mind, body, spirit practices, I love empowering others to heal, love and live free. Building sensual soul connections within ourselves, to each other and the natural world.

The first Licensed YogART Workshop Facilitator on the East Coast of the U.S., I’m also a Certified Tantra Yoga Teacher and Tantric Ritual Facilitator, AFAA-Certified Group Fitness Instructor, creator of WickeDraw sensual open drawing sessions and Teaching Artist for the Banana Factory Arts Center in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Previously a Pantone-published Graphic Designer, Creative Director and Writer, as an artist I’ve exhibited at solo and group shows in multiple galleries and pop-up events. I've performed as ArtsQuest’s Demo Artist at the world-famous Musikfest, and also taught kids’ camps at their Oktoberfest and arts center. I teach HeARTwoken workshops live in my local area, at yoga and wellness studios, spiritual venues and art centers.

My passion-fueled mission is to collaborate with you in activating your fullest, most beautiful potential. So we can each be the change we want to see in the world, living from the heart of our wild infinite souls.
